Introduction

Complext TLV is a premium property management company specializing in residential and luxury complexes. Their brand needed a strong, modern digital presence that reflects elegance, professionalism, and high-end service. This project focused on designing a refined logo and a sleek, user-friendly website that effectively communicates their expertise and reliability.

The Logo

The Complext TLV logo was designed to embody stability, sophistication, and trust. The clean typography conveys professionalism, while the golden house-shaped element subtly integrates the concept of property management. The black and gold color palette reinforces a sense of exclusivity and high-quality service.

Website

The website was built on Webflow, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and elegant user experience. The design follows a minimal yet impactful aesthetic, using a refined color scheme, structured layouts, and clear typography to enhance readability and navigation. The site effectively highlights Complext TLV’s services, values, and expertise, while maintaining a luxurious and approachable feel.

Some of the pictures shown are a mockup, made for testing designs and showing what could be. Before any merch is made, we need to see how the designs would play out.

This project successfully transformed Complext TLV’s digital identity, creating a cohesive and sophisticated brand presence. The combination of a strong, memorable logo and a high-end, intuitive website ensures a polished and professional look that aligns perfectly with their market positioning.
